The final match of ATP 250 in Lyon as a local player Paire Benoit will face one of the most exciting next-generation stars Canadian Auger-Alliasime. Both of them denied the odds as none of the players were considered to reach the final. To have more insights on this Auger-Aliassime Felix vs Paire Benoit ATP game please check out the preview below.

Auger-Alliasime Felix

Auger is only 18 years old but the kind of tennis he’s playing is impressive for this age. He is competing to absolutely anyone. It doesn’t look like he is much younger than players he’s facing because of his high tennis IQ. Felix had no problems defeating Millman in the first round of the tournament. But struggled a little bit later on as he gave away a set for both Johnson and Basilashvili. However, given the caliber of both these players, Auger stood his ground well and reached the final. The Canadian is really fun to watch as he plays some solid tennis for his age. If he manages to relieve the pressure at the final game he has all the chances to take the trophy.

Paire Benoit

Paire was always known as an unstable and inconsistent player whom you can never trust but since last season he kind of changed and improved a lot on that end. Keeping the head in the game used to be his biggest problem. The main reason hasn’t reached higher stages at most of the tournaments but here he is playing in the final on his home ground. Paire is kind of unique player who doesn’t limit himself to a certain playstyle but has a bit of everything in his game starting with serve&volley and finishes with drop-shots and some fancy tributes as well. If Paire shows us the same kind of tennis we saw him playing previously he might lift the trophy in front of his home crowd.
