On the 20th of July, the event will mark the promotion’s second visit to San Antonio and first since June 2014. In the main event of the evening former UFC Lightweight Champion Rafael dos Anjos (29-11) will face #11 welterweight in UFC Welterweight Division Leon ‘Rocky’ Edwards (17-3). This fight will take place at the AT&T Center. Both fighters are coming off with a win in their last fights so this fight should be interesting.

Rafael dos Anjos

Rafael dos Anjos is coming off a win over the very dangerous opponent – Kevin Lee. He defeated Lee by submission (arm-triangle choke) in the 4th round at UFC Fight Night 152 back in May. Now dos Anjos is #3 welterweight in UFC Welterweight Division and if he will keep winning, we will see him fighting for the title in the near future. Former UFC lightweight champion is a dangerous, good coached fighter. He is a powerful, fearsome striker. Also Brazilian is a good grappler, has a third degree BJJ black belt. Dos Anjos’s condition is incredible – he is always ready to fight all 25 minutes

Leon ‘Rocky’ Edwards

Leon Edwards is coming off a win over Gunnar Nelson at UFC Fight Night 147 back in March. Edwards hasn’t lost a fight since 2016. He is on 7 fight winning streak and definitely looks forward to extending this streak. ‘Rocky’ is a dangerous Southpaw, has great kickboxing. Maybe he hasn’t got that brutal knockout power, but he is a decent striker, throws a lot of jabs in a fight. Englishman is a very effective defensive and offensive wrestler. Now he is just 27 years old so if Edwards will keep winning, the bright future is waiting for him.
