Thiago ‘Pitbull’ Alves
Thiago Alves is coming off a unanimous decision loss against Laureano Staropoli, in Rio de Janeiro back in May. It was after his win against Max Griffin in his hometown Fortaleza, Brazil back in February. Alves lost three of his last five fights and he definitely will try to win this fight in Nelson to snap these losses in his record. Thiago Alves’s nickname says a lot about him. ‘Pitbull’ is a tough and fearless fighter. Former lightweight now feels great at 170 pounds and fights a lot better in that weight division. Alves is a good striker, likes to throw many kicks in the fight.
