London-born Danny Roberts will take on former two-time Cage Warriors champion Nicolas Dalby on March 21st at The O2 Arena for UFC match. Roberts’s past two outings in London were split, with a submission loss to Claudio Silva this year and a first-round KO of Oliver Enkamp occurring in 2018. “Hot Chocolate” was victorious in his last fight, ending a two-fight skid with a second-round KO of Zelim Imadaev at UFC Moscow in November. This is his chance to finally a back to back fight and strengthens his position for the title shot, nevertheless, the opponent is not the easiest one.
In his second stint with the UFC, Dalby (18-3-1, 1 NC) made a successful return to the promotion in September with a unanimous decision win over Alex Oliveira. That fight took place in Dalby’s home country of Denmark. During his time with Cage Warriors, Dalby went 4-1 and captured an interim welterweight title. He also battled Ross Houston to a memorable and bloody no contest in June.
