Borussia Monchengladbach

Borussia started this season well and after 2 rounds they stand at 7th place with 4 points. They are unbeated already in 3 games, as they won against Sandhausen in DFB Pokal 1/32 final. However, in second round Borussia won with 3:1 result at Opel Arena, in Mainz, conceding a goal first, and scoring then 3. New players B. Embolo and S. Lainer were heavily involved to a great teams game and both scored goals. Also, Marcus Thuram is waiting for his chance to score in Bundesliga, however, he already opened own scoreboard in DFB Pokal on 9th of August.

Unfortunately, Lars Stindl, Jonas Hofmann, Tobias Strobl and Torben Musel will miss the next game due to injuries.

RB Leipzig

RB Leipzig started the new season with 3 consecutive wins. They look very confident in the attack, but there are problems in the defence, as they conceded in 7 of the last 10 games. In the last game against Eintracht Frankfurt, they won 2-1 and conceded only at 89th minute. The Red Bulls like to play with 3 central defenders and 2 universal players in the flanks. This gives the advantage in the defence, and also at the beginning of the attacks. All in all, great young talents heavily involved in the Julian Nagelsmann tactics, what gives results. After several very successful seasons, this year may further strengthen their position in the Bundesliga as a prospective grand. We believe in a very bright club future.

Unfortunately, Dayot Upamecano, Jean-Kevin Augustin and Hannes Wolf will miss the next game due to injuries.
