Leicester City

Hosts this year are struggling to play as well as it is possible. They changed the Head coach to Brendan Rogers and try to fix the clubs situation. This season is almost finished, however, they have chances to fight for a highest possible position in the Standings. Foxes are only 3 points away from Wolverhampton Wanderers, so everything can be changed until the end of the season. At King Power Stadium this season Leicester lost more matches than won. After a great 4 winning streak, they have lost against Newcastle and drawn with West Ham. Playing against Arsenal is a great chance to prove their selves and take at least a points.

Jamie Vardy started to play well again and already scored 16 goals and made 4 assists. This season is a lot better for him than the last one. The English youngster James Maddison looks very confident by taking a place at first eleven with 7 goals and 6 assists. All main squad players are fit and ready to play Gunners in a very important game for both clubs. The Foxes are really great this season at counter-attacking. Moreover, they are creating a lot of scoring chances and play interesting and various football.

Arsenal

Arsenal is still fighting for a place in Top 4 in Premier League. However, looks like they don’t want to play in Champions League since they lost last 2 important matches. In General, Arsenal lost 3 of last 5 games in Premier League, which means that they failed to take 9 points. After a great streak under Unai Emery, they lost great form. Maybe, that’s because of serious preparation to UEFA Europa League Semi-final. The guests confidently knocked out Napoli from Europa League and took a chance to go further. Next rival will be a very experienced and strong club from Valencia. Right now Gunners are far away from their best form. So that could be a great opportunity for Leicester and whose who fighting for a Champion League place.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette combined scored 32 goals and made 13 assists. This duo looks great together. However, players like H. Mkhitaryan, M. Ozil, and A. Ramsey could play strongly, since this season is not the best for them. Unfortunately, Rob Holding, Hector Bellerin, Aaron Ramsey and Danny Welbeck will miss next match due to injuries. While Arsenal’s strikers working hard and trying to score in every game, defenders play weak football conceding lots of goals. They facing troubles at stopping opponents, aerial duels and avoiding fouling against opponents in dangerous areas. Unai likes to play possessional football attacking through the wings.
