2020/2021 NBA Playoffs begin and there’s a huge battle between Brooklyn Nets vs Boston Celtics waiting for us in Brooklyn. Even though Boston didn’t have the best of seasons this year, they are still a relevant team and can be a “dark horse” in this tough Easter conference. To have more insights on this NBA Brooklyn Nets vs Boston Celtics match, please check out the preview below.
Brooklyn Nets
Brooklyn Nets (48-24) have finished the regular season in the 2nd spot and have been matched against Boston Celtics in the first round. Nets have been a playoff contender in the Eastern conference for few years before making huge changes this season by adding such players like Kyrie Irving, Kevin Durant and James Harden. Funny thing is that Nets have kept most of their most important players from previous seasons and added such firepower in three superstars. This roster has insanely high potential and it’s a question of time when they will be able to bring the title to Brooklyn. It might not be this season as they need the time to develop, but Nets are looking dangerous at the moment.
Boston Celtics
Boston Celtics (36-36) have finished the regular season in 7th spot and had to play a bonus match against Washington Wizards in order to reach the playoffs. They did it comfortably with Jason Tatum scoring 50 points and winning the game by 18 points. Each year Celtics are playing under Brad Stevens they got stronger when the playoffs begin, but this time they won’t have Jaylen Brown on their side. Of course, Jason Tatum have improved a lot this season and is a true leader of this team, but it might be too hard for him to match superstars that Nets have.
